Providing call handling for Unicef Soccer Aid

Unicef work globally to overcome the obstacles that poverty, violence, disease and discrimination place in a child’s path, their annual Soccer Aid event broadcast on ITV is a key fundraising event for the UK.

Challenge

Contact Centre Panel were asked to support in provision of incoming telephone donations:

  1. Appropriate capacity 
  2. System integration 
  3. Short lead time (days).

Solution

We immediately reached out to our network of outsource partners and also to clients who have in-house operations and created introductions for a technical survey to be completed with interested parties. 

Outcome

We were delighted to provide partners who were able to support and as a result were asked to support again the following year.
